Traded my 97 Accord for a 97 Civic

Went from a 4 door auto to a 2 door 5speed
Havent driven a 5 speed in like 6 years so I still got some driving to do before I get it perfect.

So can this car roll turned off? I know some can and some cant, how do I figure out?
