Looks like the turtle, or least the company hosting turtle.gif, dotable.com, was bought out/acquired by midphase.com.
Metro- I apologize but I am not familiar with vBulletin, but check in your "back end," interface, if there are any updates to remedy the issue.?
Also if you find a "replacement" turtle, I can probably help you replace it- PM/email me if you want.
