@wolf-TM, my primary belly panels were made from 0.050 inch 5052 sheet aluminum. Pretty tough stuff. I even stuck it under the exhaust tubes and didn't phase it one bit.

Post to get my post count up so I can see pictures that I can't wait to see. I can't believe there is an actual post count minimum for pictures on a site dedicated to DIY car mods...
