No, my Jeep has the Chrysler computer. Jeeps with the Renix systems IN THE US were only 1987 through 1990. Renix is very misunderstood, but simple and responds favorably to engine mods too. My 1990 Cherokee has the Renix system and my daughter does manage 24-25 MPG average (no lift, no roofrack, sensible street tires, 4.0 motor AW4 automatic and 3.55 gears and yes, it IS a 4x4.).
