Here is the perfect truck for someone who has to haul or tow large loads, but hates buying all the fuel. It is a full size Chevrolet Blazer 4x4 with a 6.5L Turbo Diesel engine in it. The truck gets pretty good fuel mileage being a diesel, but also has more.
The truck has been professionally converted to run on straight vegetable oil (SVO). This is a complete, turn-key, ready to go, converted truck. There are 2 fuel tanks, the factory one for vegetable oil and the secondary for startup/shutdown diesel. You can switch between them with the simple flick of a switch inside the cabin. The truck has been converted to burn vegetable oil since last November. There have been no problems with any part of the conversion or auxiliary diesel tank. In fact, it is very hard for the average person to tell there has been anything done to the vehicle inside or out except for the extra fill tube.
