Project contiues in a way as for summer 2014 Lupo will get a 1.9 tdi with about 350 hp and target is to beat some standing mile records, I am hoping lupo will reach 300 km/h club. I am not doing the modifications I just gave the car for good purpose. I think speed freaks will start to think aeromodding serious option for more speed after next summer.

I hope they're putting a roll cage in that thing... ~180mph is no joke, especially in a small car like the Lupo.

Just two weeks ago, a modified Honda Insight lost control at that speed, you can see the results here:
Hasport Insight flips 8 times at 170+ MPH at Bonneville - Insight Central: Honda Insight Forum

Video of the crash here:
http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/oddnews/...mments-postbox

You can see in the after pics, not much left but the cage on top, and it's even more evident what would have happened without it in the video.

That car was running a K-series 2.0L from an Acura RSX.

It is dangerous going so fast without airdam and rear spoiler (lip spoiler) inspired in NAscar.
Almost try to get lift 0 or below 0.
Your car will be unstabble at high speed if the wheight distribution with the Gravity centre in front and the pressure center in the rear. some lateral wind and the car will crahs.
maybe page from 50 to 55 are useful to tune the wings with a compromise between drag and lift:

Audi TT without rear spoiler had stability problems.

You might need some active aero spoilers, that can retract at lower speeds. but i think your chopped roofline reduces life a little, i think.

EDIT: "lift" not "life" ....

300 km/h and 0.22 Cd... It's not a car anymore, it's a plane.

I wanted those wheels even for my Mk3 but decided to not deal with getting them here to the US, so I decided to go with Miata wheels with a slightly modified CB (had to be increased a little)

I am happy at 11.1kg (24.6lbs) with tires

I am using these tires: 175/65-14 Bridgestone Ecopia EP100

The wheels are the semi hollow ones as shown here
