What Would an Aerodynamic Smart Fortwo Look Like?

Recently, I challenged members of the EcoModder forums to design an aerodynamic Smart Fortwo concept car. The results were very impressive. The parameters of the challenge were that the car must be based on the standard Smart Fortwo Coupe and keep the styling of the car consistent. Other than that members could go wild with any [...]Related posts:

a little sad and confused

That was a fun contest, and I had no idea it would end up on the blog, but now that I see it there with all of the other entries posted I am a little sad and confused that my entry was not included amongst the other entries in the blog post.

Yah, I noticed my favorite one missing too I'm sure it was just an oversight. Ben, little help? Here was BC's entry:

Photoshop an "AeroSmart," win a Smart ForTwo model... and now maybe cash (Jan6/2010)

The props are greatly appreciated dcb. BTW I dont know how many noticed but everything I did to that car was part of that car originally. Nothing added from outside sources. A lot of IWarp, a little copy and paste, and some smudging goes a long way. Gotta love that IWarp filter in The Gimp.

Iwarp, gotta look into that. Found smudge ok (very useful). FYI, I was looking at the smudge on the hood, in a rorschachish sort of way, and thought it kinda looked like a firebird emblem, which might be a funny addition to the hood of a smart (or any eco) car

No that was just me not being careful with the headlights. IWarp is under filters > distorts. It is similar to the photoshop liquify tool.

I shot Ben a message, but he hasn't been on since 6:30AM, so he may already be on holiday.

Sorry for leaving you out! I was uploading the pictures while running out of a japanese hotel and might have missed one on my desktop, I will try to fix it soon.

No harm intended.
