RECYCLED rubber roads, can't get very more eco friendly than that

I've ridden my bicycle on trails made from recycled rubber. There is an incredible amount of friction on those trails so you feel like you are pedaling through molasses. Most of those trails have since been re-surfaced with asphalt or concrete.
