Good call on going down to 15", lighter, cheaper, stronger, more comfortable.

For the wheel I wouldn't go Rota, I like Kosei because they're some of the lightest cast wheels out there and dirt cheap. You're getting a whole new set of wheels, the extra 100 bucks or so it'll cost to drop another few pounds off is some of the cheapest weight loss possible.

If you can find them, Prius wheels at 16 lbs each are pretty decent.

I liked the Continental ContiProContact LRR tires I had on the Civic. When it comes time to replace the OEM tires on the Prius (Yokohama Avid S33, decent but noisy and poor snow/ice traction), I'll probably go with Continental TrueContact.
