What's new is old again

I found this on a different website. The guy who made it was a sometime inventor, ship captain, and maybe an occasional nutjob. But he was a strong proponent of mini cars back when it wasn't stylish, and he liked the idea of making them as slippery as the current tech could manage, back in the day.

Excellent- a 2 person side by side trike at that time- even beats the Messerschmitt trike of that era. Similar to a closed Xebra, but with a much safer tadpole design.
