I can never remember their name (Saab?!?!?) but they were big in the 1980s. You could even get them as plastic hubcaps at Track/Auto. Back in the day I painted them white to match my Karmann Ghia.

I don't think I would need to buy a "circle" of plastic signing. I would just have to repeat the pattern 3 times for every wheel, a total of 12 repeats.
