Green Machine - '92 Metro XF (to the motha f'n) i
90 day: 49.71 mpg (US)

Black Ball - '99 Contour SE V6 Auto
will this work with the java script DIY MPG?

I was wondering if this can be used to show the result of the VSS computer MPG through sound car data?

that would be cool.

That isn't the plan, the mpguino looks at the vss and injector signal directly so that folks don't have to carry a whole computer around.

The soundcard monitor is a little proccessing intensive (and hasn't been supported for a year or so) but I could see someone going the other way though if they already have a computer in their car, instead of wiring up a lcd, they would just have the mpguino send the raw injector data to the computer and figure out how to make sense of it there.

I should note that there are a number of people who do add lcd displays to their PCs, they are called "smarties" and display things like CPU utilization and temperatures and such, or mp3 track data, or whatever, gotta be a real geek to be caught doing that though
