In order to become airborne, you need to have greater lift than the weight of your vehicle which would require very high speed AND some angle of attack (and wings). F1 cars sometimes lift off (or used to) but they are light, have wings and go 200+ MPH. Just keep your speed below 150 mph, your groceries in the passenger seat and you will be fine.

I get the same lift on the rear panel on my Kam... err.. roof-and-sides-extensions but my tuft testing showed attached flow.
