No I don't drive a whole lot, about 9,000 per year, I just keep my car maintained by replacing the things that brake or wear out and using the parts that should last, exhaust that has life time warranty, replacing wiper blades when they start to streak.
Getting full coverage insurance added about $11 per month but I feel it's worth it because my car is well maintained and rust free (1993 civic vx) and I keep seeing salt and sand trucks drive by and it will pay out if I hit a dear.
