Definitely questionable claims on the site... basically looks like a water-to-air intercooler which takes advantage of the cold return lines of the AC... not sure about the "specially brewed cold 'arctic liquid solution'" (aka antifreeze?) or that it "delivers ... more oxygen rich air to the engine's combustion chamber" (it may be more dense, but percentage of oxygen would not change)
Not sure, but it seems this would require the AC compressor / fans to work a bit harder (or maybe work the same but the in-cabin air might not be as cold) since the compressed 'freon' would be warmer prior to compression...
