Hello Fellow Tinkerers!
Say, I would like to get your input as to good Brand and Model #'s for IGBTs for a controller around 144 volts,controlling a NetGain 9, with a Revolt. I am looking at 1-1.5 kAmps. Horacio (MrBigh) is sending me 3 boards, so I can handle up to 3 IGBTs at this point.
What do you think about used IGBTs from Ebay?
