A brain is a dangerous thing to waste. Driving efficiently does not mean interrupting the flow of traffic, at least to me it does not. Anyone who wants to waste fuel and money, as well as make the cost of fuel higher for all of us, is either brainless, or is not using the brain they were born with.
The only people who I slow down when driving (45 MPG) or riding my bike (90 MPG) are idiots looking for a ticket and helping the OPEC cartel which kills American Servicemen.
