ok, off the aero topic, still on the beetle: what does it hurt to give the engine all the turbo boost it can produce at the given rpm/throttle, instead of the computer constantly sending so much off the waste gate?

The fuel mixture would become very lean if this happened.
Or the car would go very fast as the computer dumped more fuel to match the air mixture. Its all about balance.
If not the exhaust gasses would become overheated if it even ran ,it would toast / seize the engine.
