I live in a country where the gasoline has a mandatory amount from 20 to 25% ethanol depending on the sugarcane harvest. Many folks from other countries where pure gasoline is available come and use the gasoline with the ethanol blend and the only downside usually is due to the ethanol lower energy content, decreasing the mileage. But at the long run, it can eventually damage the in-tank pump.
