mech, yes, I do believe it is a problem with the electrical portion.

lordherald, not really as much junk as most women's.

i think i may actually be to blame here. the sonata's headlights do not stay on when the key is switched to the ACC position. This makes night time EOCing interesting. I do not have a separate cutoff switch. I have found that if you move the switch between ACC and RUN, it cuts out the ignition, but not the headlights. I am afraid that using this practice of being between positions may have caused arcing. Won't be EOCing this thing at night anymore, not that I drive it a lot anyway.

Anyone know how difficult it is to get this thing out?
