I've said it in another thread: I'll start out at the top of a hill 10 below the limit and still catch up with the car that was infront of me at the top of that hill before I turn the engine back on. My commute time has minimal tolerance for slow drivers, I have to drive faster than the average motorist to make the lights in the city.
