It'd be great if you could post some outside-air temperatures and coolant temperatures and rough warmup times with your 75% block. Do you have anything to monitor exact temperatures with?

I'm reluctant to do anything to the lower grille as I can't count on my wife to notice the temperature gauge climbing.
