Hmmmmm, lets see...
Tire(as WE say here in the USA), is an object that is used for suspension and rolling purpose.
Inflating tires to BEST MAX P.S.I.'s is the best way to go...

Every vehicle has a very different need for a different curve of P.S.I., soooo...., test what works best for your vehicle and use that!
Winter/summer temps will be way different; so use this approach: common sense, testing, inspection and practice.

(My tires(Michelin man style) are little bloated right now, you know...,lack of exercise!)
