A couple of thoughts:
1) Personal insults and attacks are
unacceptable here.
2) Tim and I DON'T see every comment in the forum. But we always read threads that get reported. The impression of "selective policing" has more to do with squeaky wheels getting greased.
3) Hydrogen threads are forum poison. (Did you see
PGF's request?) The subject practically falls in the same category as politics & religion. Related threads have generated so much more heat than light that I've said to Tim in the past that
even if there's merit to the concept in some narrow application (which we both agree is possible)
, I still wouldn't mind officially banning the topic.
But Tim's away right now, so that's not going to happen today.
