SO2 is still falling, even with China and India. And China is going clean energy faster than anyone else.
The increase in Chinese emissions does not match the decrease in Western emissions... there is still a net loss.
Interestingly, denier pages are obsessed over SO2, as if climate scientists were completely ignoring it (they're not... we've been talking about the effects of SO2 regulations and how they affect warming for decades).
