If I had infinite time and a place to level 2 charge I could make it to Amarillo with my leaf, which is around 110 miles with out running the battery into the red.
But I'm trying to save as much gas as possible and at the same have my leaf last as long as possible with lowest operating costs possible.
That means not over inflating the tires to crazy levels, not charging to 100% every charge, not running the battery below 3 bars, not driving or charging when the battery temperature is above 7 bars.
So I drive a gasoline car when I go to Amarillo.
