R410 systems run at double r134 pressures and generally use a variable orifice to deal with variable speed ecm controlled compressor. Some systems have a bigger accumulation trap.

Not sure if 410 is more energy efficient.

Other thing which is famous on F250: block engine coolant from interior heater when running A/C
