It might be on the website, don't know off the top of my head, don't remember reading it.
One of the three Tracer models was based on a Honda 750 if I recall correctly.
Don't think it was exclusively intended as a high mpg model, or at least the highest possible.
Based on reports of it on the road, it's a performance model.
