I agree with a little over half of that list.
Clear cutting has been shown to usually be the most environmentally friendly way to harvest timber. Selective harvesting doesn't give saplings a chance to grow since the surrounding trees are already established. The saplings need to grow at the same rate in a clear cut area.
Farming animals is efficient, and fish are no different.
Pesticides are a necessary evil. Eliminate pesticides and fertilizers, and the world starves to death. The key is to apply them carefully, being mindful of water run off.
Nature doesn't care about my tiny monoculture yard. There's a lot of nature, and practically no yard.
We'll be fine. In fact, I'll make the prediction now that in 20 years most of us will be doing much better, minus the havoc 20 years of aging will have on our bodies.
