The guy got terminated from an oil service trucking employment. He shot rabbits from his 2nd story lookout window with rifle , neighbors complain to police that could not find him. He killed a postal worker while fleeing police.

The UK seems to be a much safer place to live …..although those here in the USA would complain about 2nd amend rights. The USA is awash in legal and illegal firearms
