Mentioned on some other thread, but good here too:
pure-gas.org now lists 15,000+ E0 sources. Also, New York state now lists 1000 E0 sources within its borders. E0 continues to rise by grass-roots word-of-mouth, only. E85 languishes, despite backing by gov'ts & the "ethanol in gasoline industry".
