Hope you're joking, but we don't see the emoji to prove you were.

We should fine firearms manufacturers for people who improperly use them. We should fine automotive manufacturers for people that drive beyond safe limits and harm themselves. We should fine paper mills for paper cuts caused by their products.

This is exactly why we have plastic bags stuck in trees, because we give actual horrible people a pass and look for scapegoats to blame. It's a thinking disability some people have acquired.
