ie: Get the flow going backward, with the right sized opening/velocity
And you get the same drag decrease without losing cooling capacity.

Because if they were; there would be some excitement and talk about this simple mod.
Especially as it's a car company's research.

Credit where it's due, that looks like it would work pretty well. Admittedly, I have no idea what the underside of the Insight looks like, I've been mainly behind the wheel of it.
