Found a BSFC chart that shows pretty poor consumption below 2000 at full throttle, so I'm keeping the VAC above 10 there now. Also found that previous versions of my car had a vacuum switch that triggered enrichment at 5inHg, so I'm staying above 5 all the time.

Now it idles down at 650-1000, and the deceleration fuel cut lasts all the way down to idle, so I don't have to use the kill switch as much. Five tanks in a row above 32mpg, it feels good!" |
