Continuing with the ""4 clicks"" fillup method with the pump nozzle about halfway as far in the filler neck as it can go, with the last 4 clicks as slow a fill as I can make them. I think this will provide mor ereliable results than messing with the chance of filling the evap tube and getting sporadic monstrous fills from nowhere."

Here's my back-of-the-napkin ""is it worth the extra price?"" calculation: 73 m/gal 3.59 $/gal 35.90/tank 60 m/gal 3.13 $/gal 31.30/tank $4.60 more per tank 130 more miles per tank $4.60 more per tank If I went 130 miles more on low-octane gas at 60mpg, it would cost 2.16 gallons * $3.13/gallon = $6.78. Non-ethanol/ 91 octane gas is worth the price."
