These are not the real values. My friend was nice enough to pay for my tank, but he kept the receipt. I know it came out to ~27mpg. I autocrossed that weekend, and also learned that my left rear break was dragging. I noticed it wasn't maintaining its speed while coasting, even down hill. I took it into the shop and had it fixed. Hopefully that explained this poor tank average (and my less than stellar autox times).

Pumped the tire-pressure up from the 30's to the 40's before autocrossing it on the 19th. It seemed to make a significant difference because I seemed to be getting worse mileage up until that point. Same mix of commuting, highway, suburban errands and on-work runs in the city.
