An imported 2015 JDM Suzuki Alto, one of the smallest and lightest practical cars of it's time.
At under 700kg and with a 658cc, 38kW engine, I think an electric assist style plug in hybrid could be viable.
JC08 claimed fuel ecomony of 37km/L (87mpg, not actually possible I don't think)
WLTC economy of 22.1 city 27.1 suburban 26.9 highway 25.8 combined (60.7mpg, much more realistic)
