Those are further back than I had thought, for some reason. Have you pressure tested the sides of the car to find what effect they have on flow velocity downstream of the ducts? I think I might do that this week.

No I did throttle stop testing of drag when adjusting their location and the inlet/outlet ratio, and tuft testing of the finished designs.

Pressure testing down the side of cars seems to be done very rarely in the literature - for your reference, here's the Insight (with the Edgarwits in place) at 80km/h from memory:

I will test air curtains in my ID3 project. There was holes in the inner liner, but no holes in bumber to bring any air to those holes. I opened bumber holes with box knife

Built inner panel inside the bumber to direct air smoothly to those holes.I first test like that. If it seems to bring gains I will built littlebit better tunnel where no air cant escape.

I was not able to test yet due to bad weather today. On test I will block the holes on half of the runs.

2015 Ford F-150 air curtains

I've been trying to quantify the Current F-150's drag coefficient.
In 2015, Ford added air curtains to the F-150, and although a drag reduction was claimed by Ford, the actual delta-Cd was never provided.
In a 2015, GREEN CAR REPORTS article about the new F-150, online, Stephen Edelstein wrote that, the Ford representative said,' The most direct way to deal with this drag would be to enclose the wheels in skirts.'
Again, no specific data, either way.

Some CFD study on the topic

That will be 3d printed and screwed on top of the bumber. In the a2 wheel fenderliners are in perfect angle for this kind of installation.

The 'crosseyed' inlets are what I envisaged for my Superbeetle.

2017. That's already five years. Yikes!
