He did a very good job, but mpg doesn't go up much.
Wow. thanks for the find. I want to do that but it looks pretty labor intensive, not to mention I don't want to screw holes all in my bumper. It wouldn't be seen however... hmm. He isn't getting too great of mpg anyway, maybe you would have better results!

As you can tell, the middle bottom part of xB is quite good. A pan wouldn't make a huge benefit as rear. However, making rear pan needs a lot of work. Drilling under the bumper is needed. How to hold the coroplast in the inner side is still a question for me. I don't want to put so many screws as he does.

More tape? Aren't you already putting a strain on the eastern seaboard supply for painters tape? LOL Sorry, that was just to easy ...

Installed rear Monroe shocks for smoother ride, but not the difference is not huge.

500 miles on a tank! I orbited the gas station about a mile to get exactly 500!

You are so brave, Zman. I've got 454 miles and not dare to turn on AC anymore. If I use every drop of gas, I believe I can go beyond 500 miles. Just no gut like you. By the way, this tank is 42.6mpg, little bit less than the last 2. It is because I am not that discipline. In my driving route, turn off engine during long light doesn't save much gas because I may wait only 1 or 2 long lights a day.

I've done away with A/C for the past couple months.

I had about 30 miles left roughly. Geez.
