Mad money from selling GarageGames. Plus another 19.5 million in the IPO.

I've met Mark Frohnmayer. He's saner than I am. Or Elon Musk.

All the equipment to make every proprietary part is in place.

As a wise man once said, "Isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit!"

My ten-day fiancée was completely sane--and boring. It seemed like everyone else who wanted to date me was on the other end of the spectrum.

I think you need a little bit of insanity for innovation.

I am sure there were people planning on purchasing upper-end Archies, so they are probably quite happy.

As long as the $13,000 version comes out before too terribly long.

Ah, GarageGames. I know a few guys that worked there. Josh was CEO/CTO. I never asked how well they made out, but they're doing quite well in the Bay area now.

Never met Mark.

It's not enough to have a great idea, you also have to convince others it's a great idea.

I met Mr. Frohnmayer outside the door at the downtown roll-out of the 7th generation (Pulse>Shark>FUV) in 2016. I didn't know who he was at the time but my first question was if it had a tow rating. He said /14 ton, and that was right twice. It had one, and it would tow my Westfalia utility trailer.

The SRK Owner's Forum has rebranded itself. https://fuvowners.com/index.php

It doesn't have much more connection to Arcimoto than Ecomodder.

edit: I've been poking around there. Here's a picture of a trailer hitch solution:

Of course, rather than a U-shape, I think it should be a Gothic arch, so it can be the foundation of a folding boat tail as well.

I just received an email with an offer to get an Evergreen edition delivered in June. I respectfully declined.

If there's an intermediate step between $20K and $12K I might be more tempted. I've expected to pay $16K anyway.

Just wondering,

With the Arcimoto, is the driver's side the front, and the passenger's side the back?

I had family in from out of town and we had dinner in the Whittaker at the World Cafe. We walked by the Arcimoto rental location and they have closed up shop until Spring. The signage mentioned full day rentals but not half day. Maybe this Spring?
