How about a little over-sharing? More than you wanted to know?

Cameras not mirrors and not allowed by law here. I'm glad Tesla is opening the eyes of people who otherwise might not be aware of how bad government tyranny is even if just on the tiny scale of mandating how you have to see what is behind you car. If you start to realize that the government's ideas are often flawed maybe you start voting for people who promise to reduce the size and power of it.

PS, that tire and flair combination is also illegal. The tire or at least all of the tread has to be completely within the fender.

That varies by state, but those that do have requirements it is typically as viewed from above. If you look at the images on the cybertruck website it looks like it does cover barely from above. Even if it isn't I am sure it will be compliant by the time it starts being produced.

Tell that to Texas. It's all over the place here, where intelligence is the inverse-square of discretionary income.

What people do and what a manufacturer has to do are completely different. That said there are plenty of stories out there of trucks getting pulled over and ticketed for exactly this thing.
I agree it will be fixed before production probably using narrower and smaller AT or HT tread tires. Mainly because you are not getting 500 miles of range on 35" mud terrain tires not to mention you will be out $1500 in tires every single year running those things.
But lifted trucks on 35" mud terrain tires looks cool, why the unveiling had them and why all those Texas trucks have them
