Was that $12k including trailer, or just the conversion? Complete for 12K is rather impressive, except I didn't see a bathroom which also means holding tank$.

This is the bestest trailer I've seen since the shed delivery trailer. There were three of these in the Springfield Christmas Parade earlier today.

Two ton capacity, with the shuttle bay doors open it is 10.5ft wide. A rental company showed them.

I know the feeling, they are rentable.
The only knock I see is the 12hp Honda motor. It could be electric.
