These electric cars are really stable, when I first got mine I would slow down before taking a corner, now I don't, you have all of your battery weight as the lowest part of the vehicle, not sure what it would take to get one to roll over but it's not something I would ever worry about.

When I was doing high-speed corners on the "track", I had to lean my body WAY into the curve, but the car itself hardly tilts at all.

The center of gravity is just above the axle.
