Remember how the AGW cult said they would go to court and presumably win?

https://www.wnd.com/2019/08/court-ru...-graf-creator/

Yeah, not going so well.
Mann is a liar, who pushes junk science and couldn't provide any actual evidence that his hockey stick graph was anything but total BS.
This was his chance to prove man made CO2 was going to cause the world to end, make it matter of public record and he blew it.
The AGW movement was founded on junk science, built up bias and agenda driven research. Yes let's go to court.

I heard (somewhere) about Georgetown, Texas. This is a year old.

I dunno about that article. Just because electricity prices are generally dropping elsewhere doesn't mean they're paying more. The only criteria I'm interested in is what they were paying before "green energy", and after.

Everything else is obvious in the article; that renewables have to be used when it happens to be produced, and that the other energy producers have to shift their generation to accommodate that variable production, or that market pricing for energy may or may not be favorable to when it's produced.

The way they are buying, selling, trading, over buying, paying for but not using electricity and are over charging customers hundreds of dollars per year for no reason reeks of fraud.
I guarantee someone is collecting evidence against the mayor and his unelected bureaucrat cronies for securities fraud.
The problem with a successful securities fraud case is the defendant is going to admit we are sorry and we messed up and take a plea deal, or hang the jury. So the case has to be rock solid and air tight. You pretty much have to get the conspirators saying something to the effect of bragging about and joking about how they are screwing people over and then laughing about it.
Then saying you are sorry or claiming ignorance don't work.

I completed 'THIN ICE',by Ph.D.,MIT physicist,mountaineer,and climatologist,Mark Bowen,2005.
All ice core, sediment core,tree-ring data, speleothem, and coral paleoclimate data support the hockey-stick.I have no idea how you got the idea that it didn't.

Coal-fired electricity is under-priced by 400%.
Natural gas-fired electricity in under-priced by 200%.
There's the fraud.

calculating anthropogenic greenhouse gases

I looked through my 2019,WORLD ALMANAC and it listed the following sources which might be used for calculations:
*American Petroleum Institute
*Annual Coal Report
*Bureau of Economic Analysis,U.S.Department of Commerce
*Energy Information Administration
*Federal Highway Administration
*Insurance Institute for Highway Safety
*International Atomic Energy Agency
*International Energy Agency
*International Energy Statistics Database

*National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory,Office of Transportation and Air Quality,U.S.Environmental Protection Agency
*Petroleum Supply Annual,EIA
*U.S.Department of Energy
*U.S.Department of Transportation
*U.S.Nuclear Statistics Database
*From 'Too Smart For Our Own Good,'Craig Dilworth: 6.111-tons, coal-fired combustion = 1-km-squared of forest fire

climate skeptic,contrarian,denial-neurophysiology

*loss function specifies the value for all contingencies
*humans estimate risk and reward quite poorly under some circumstances
*extra-receptive field-accumulated experience-filtering/bias can block environmental information from the response determination-decision-making task mechanism
*the self-realization to the impossibility of total knowledge forces deference to entrusted pack members up the hierarchy whom are perceived, deservedly or not,to possess critical survival knowledge, which in turn is incorporated into the filter
*the firing rate of the lateral intraparietal cortex can paint an electro-chemical picture mirroring an ancestral DNA 'memory' of an ancient signal, generated across the lateral intraparietal area interfacing with neural commands for ritualistic/hierarchial behavior of the reptilian-R-complex; triggering production of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and inability to reason, evoking a threat response from the right-hemisphere,compromising brain plasticity.

Canadian court

*which proves the court was incompetent to try the case.
*which also proves that Tim Ball isn't a scientist.
*The so-called 'Medieval Warm Period' never happened. It was not a global event. It was a regional event, while most of the planet either remained cold,or even cooled.
*The notion of the MWP was scientifically discredited in 2003,by California State University, paleoclimatologist,Scott Stine, using tree-ring,dendrochronology/statigraphy
*The reason we're having the conversation is because of the bogus arguments of American Petroleum Institute's-financed,junk-science by Sallie Baliunas,Willie Soon,J.Patrick Michaels and his oil-sponsored 'Climate Research'(sic) scientific journal (oxymoron),to undermine the implications of the IPCC's 3rd-Assessment Report, which demonstrated that Earth had warmed more than had been
seen in the last 1,000-years
*If the Canadian court had been held to a 'Trial by Certificate',Tim Ball would be behind bars,if not under a guillotine.

There's the fraud.
Take it to court.
Just remember burden of proof is on the accuser and the court by definition can't be bias.
But when you loose you will be on the hook for the defendants legal costs.
