Were earlier IPCC reports more fire and brimstone?

I heard what she said at the UN and in many other interviews. They were in a controlled environment with prepared questions and reading from notes (responses) prepared by her handlers.

This is what it’s like with no help. (Coaching - notes)

She is being used (abused) by adults with a agenda.

Her childhood has been stolen...By them...

I truly feel sorry for her...

Curiously, the USofA is trying to reclaim it's own industrialization now that we've uplifted the Chinazis to parity.

And we appear to be getting along famously with Modi and that country he's in charge of. 50,000 Indians at the 'Howdy Modi' rally.

The IPCC report isn't finalized for another three years. Patience.

I would rather read the IPCC reports than listen to some dumb high school kid who flies all over the world on jet planes tell us the end is near and how CO2 going to kill us all.
Nothing more than another dime a dozen bs filled virtue signaler.

I don't know what the difference between exemption and pass is, especially given that no nation has a binding agreement. Perhaps I misunderstand, that the IPCC has recommended binding agreements and also to grant exemptions to nations not meeting a certain level of per capita wealth parity.

Reading between the lines, it sounds more like a wealth redistribution scheme than a save the world scheme. The climate doesn't care if the emitters are 1st world or not.
Without a specific reference,I've got to presume that there is a general accounting procedure with which they use to ascertain 'when' a signatory has reached the threshold for 'developed.' To be a member, they may have to submit to some form of oversight or monitoring for compliance.Just a guess.
I know two people who go to China for training. Some of their universities and laboratory facilities are better than anything the US or Europe has to offer. They are really cranking out solar,wind,grid-scale power storage, and electric vehicles.Along with the Three-Gorges Dam project, they'll be poised to overtake all the developed nations. They've opened their first foreign military base and they've got over 2-million in uniform.Well on their way to super-power status.

That's just the trigger for the feedback amplifications which are going to take us out.Keep reading.

China has ICBMs: they are a superpower.

Development occurs quickly when you're starting from scratch, pay no attention to intellectual property rights, and start adopting aspects of free market economics.

China is motivated too at the prospect of prosperity, whereas other developed countries take prosperity for granted.

China is advancing despite Communism, not because of it.

The only 'scientists' not onboard are the Association of Petroleum Geologists.
The models improve over time. The computers handle more each year, and faster.
They've had reliable predictions since the 1990s.They just get better.
I can't vouch for the IPCC.I don't know what their decision-making process is.I do believe that they're not trying to freak people out. They have hundreds of economists involved and they realize how irrational the 'markets' can be.So they probably hold back.I think you'll see this, the deeper you get into the reading.

It's actually what economists refer to as the 'Third Way.' It's the hybrid, mixed- economy model, not laissez-faire,not communism.
