With little or no climate change caused by man, there is no reason to tax us further to death or ban fossil fuels making everything stupid expensive, lowering the standard of living, increasing overall misery for no reason.

What to do about it? Same as before minus the banning of fossil fuels and pointless taxation. Don't live below sea level, don't live too close to the coast, buy a good air conditioner, prepare for madmax style post industrial society, ect.

That's a sad conspiracy theory you have there - it's a shame you have no facts.

Sadly... the label 'conspiracy theory' is ad hominem.

Facts change with time. Today the Green New Deal folks are talking about burning cities if B. Sanders loses the Primary. And Gulags for the voters who prefer the Republican candidate. Nothing to do with climate.

edit:
Today's episode (788) of Scott Adams he mentioned the Green Nuclear Deal. I didn't rewind, but DDG's newest News story is: edmontonjournal.com: David Staples: Man bites dog. Yes, Conservatives have now come up with boldest plan to fight climate change
Quote:
The most important development of 2019 that got the least amount of attention from the Canadian news media? The “man bites dog” story of Canadian conservative leaders coming up with the best, boldest and most visionary plan to combat climate change this country has ever seen.

The plan is pushed by a group of Canada’s most hard-headed and powerful conservative leaders, Premiers Scott Moe of Saskatchewan, Doug Ford of Ontario and Blaine Higgs of New Brunswick.

Their goal is to help wipe out carbon emissions without wiping out the Canadian economy.

Moe, Ford and Higgs made public Canada’s Green Nuclear deal on Dec. 1, announcing their three provinces had signed an agreement to work together to create the next wave of safe, reliable Canadian nuclear power plants, known as small modular reactors (SMRs).
........
Scheer’s stance made some amount of sense. We’re a small country with minuscule emissions. Even if we reduce them, it will make little difference. We can, however, make a huge difference by exporting carbon-busting Candu tech to huge emitters like China and India.

But what works in China and India will also work here to keep our own emissions low, just as Canada has done for decades now. In 2017, for example, nuclear energy supplied 50 per cent of Ontario’s electricity and 15 per cent of Canada’s electricity.

Well, I read every one of your links...

They only use Phoenix Arizona as an example...

The very first one mentioned one of reasons right off the bat that I listed in the previous post.

Quote:
"We try to pour and place and finish concrete when it's below 90 degrees," says Daniel Ward, the construction company's project director.

From inside an air-conditioned trailer, he says there are things you can do to modify the concrete, like adding ice to cool it down. But it's just best to work when it's not as hot.

There are two reasons for working such strange hours. One is the concrete itself.

"It sets up too quick in the day with the sun on it," says general superintendent Mike Wigness. "Here it's a little bit slower and manageable."

The other reason is making sure the workers don't overheat.

"Everything out here is metal," Wigness says. "I mean, the rebar, a lot of the forms — it gets hot. I mean, it burns your hands."
Not only do the metal forms and rebar get hot from the sunlight, the cement truck mixer drum which is made of steel also transfers heat into the mix. Lots and lots of heat.

Nobody wants to fail inspection and or testing. Then have to do it over again.

Phoenix is a extreme example and not indicative of most places.

Nice try though...

Another reason for basalt fiber rebar.

Concrete cures better at high temperature if you can keep the water in it.

Awww you fell from another oil pan 4 trap.
If you watched even part of the video you would know that that quote was a lie and that Katrina was 1 of many record shattering tropical cyclones that came to be after or during x class solar flaring.
If I do think have any facts then explain the "Analysis of precursors of tropical cyclones during different phases of the solar cycle and their correlation to the dst geomagnetic index" paper.
I though global warming was going to make events like Katrina a regular occurrence?
Too bad you don't have several years before the next solar maximum to blame global warming for the increase in hurricanes.

Be aware that this whole line of argumentation is so obtuse that grammar becomes impotent.

Grammar policing. All I can say is please, please please.
I love it when they do it. I always lean something useful, that I definitely won.
It's only the universally accepted ultimate admission of defeat.

The past decade is the hottest on record.

The previous decade was the second hottest.

Climate change got me wondering which latitudes have the most land area. I figure if much of land area is above, say 40 degrees N, some more warming might be beneficial.

Seems most of N America, Europe, and Asia would benefit.

Then there's this distribution of people by latitude. Interesting that the majority of people want to live where it's bloody hot.

Here's a composite image with older data from 2000:

88% of the world's population lives in the northern hemisphere. The population midpoint is 24 degrees North, or near to the southernmost point in Key West. Excluding the population in the southern hemisphere, the population midpoint is 27 degrees North, or roughly Tampa Bay.

Everything in blue averages freezing or colder

I found it interesting that Lima is near the equator, but it feels like home (45th parallel) temperature wise.
