Boat shrink wrap is strong enough for snow and highway speeds. I can't however speak on how long it will last under the elements and UV sunlight.

Hey Bondo, just finished putting together my aero cap for the tudra to test out. I used schedule 40 pvc and coroplast... actually looks good though. I got 22.5 mpg on the interstate the other day! For an 08 Tundra 5.7L thats not bad!

I appreciate your interest Ed. I have inquiries on a weekly basis from people interested in purchasing an Aerolid. I grow tired of telling them all, as I must now tell you, they are not in production yet.

However, that may well change very soon. I am finally going to receive a Utility Patent on the Aerolid, after 4 years. With a granted patent in hand, manufacturers will take a more serious look at an exclusive license to manufacture.

2012 may well be the year I can start telling people that "yes" we are in production.

Thanks BamZipPow.

I have followed your work for over a year now. I can say you have one of the most aerodynamic trucks here on ecomodder with the aerocap and ground effects you have constructed.

What I like is you are not afraid to do many modifications to your work to see if it may be beneficial in reducing drag. This is what it takes to innovate.

Keep up the good work,

Bondo
