Wouldn't the flexible rubber flap in the wind and thus increase drag?

Looks great! That rubber looks great for the application. It wouldn't be a big deal if it rubbed while making hard turns, as you'd be going quite slow. What do you have planned next? Looks like you could use a skirt under you bumper, but maybe I just missed it in the pic, or you have a belly pan.

i am contemplating making some front skirts..im gonna try my hand at some rears as soon as the weather will make up its mind!

I still think rubber would be too flexible. Polycarbonate would be better I think. It also allows one to still be able to see the wheel well and tire.
