How about hanging a camper on one of those ZAP. 3 wheelers?

IIRC there was a trucklet version of those. Not impossible to do it, and maybe if the camper features a genset there would be not too much range anxiety to bother a more conservative user.

That's just the generic set of tags for everything on the internet nowadays, because they're the most likely tags to be accurate.
