I don't remember how some lowered Beetles in Brazil don't get an extremely negative camber, but it often doesn't involve raising the powertrain. Not totally unheard of lowered cars with the powertrain entirely raised, so maybe it could be the case on this one.

It's popular in the high-end drag racing scene. In the 1950s, instead of raising the transaxle they'd put Type II portal axles on upside down. (Hint: the lubrication doesn't work)

Chopstix should like this one.

The only OEM parts are the windshield wipers, but it can get 50mpg.

I like the NACA ducts for rear brake cooling. With a stock engine that could be enough to feed the engine plenum.

One suspects it's bark is worse than it's bite. OTOH, it's interesting the way the voltage regulator [?] is mounted on the generator, and neatly wired in.

Clicking the bar doesn't make it bigger.

IIRC, not a sunroof opening. What it needs is a lift-off padded Carson top. Or a plexiglass bubble slump-molded over a regular roof.
